Hello!

New to this sub and newish to wine. We went to France a couple of years ago and stumbled upon this winery and decided to get a few bottles, but only one of the cuvée. The sommelier recommended to wait 5-10 years to drink it, and since we didn’t buy a case as many have suggested, is there any way to gauge when to drink it or just on a special occasion any time going forward?
