Cooked the patty on our venerable George Foreman grill (seasoned it with salt & pepper)

Marginally under-cooked it, but put the whole lot in our fan oven @ 230°C with the top off to melt the cheese. Then added a squirt of ketchup and put the bun lid on.

Served on a warm plate.
