The ARC was established to give these people (whom society typically leaves behind) tasks and the joy of fulfilling task that most of us take for granted since we are involved any economy and in the public. They have a real chef that cooks really good food lots of Cajun stuff too with your typical Cajun huge portion size.

You cannot tip in this place because they pay their workers a living wage and charge enough for the food to pay the workers. The joy and smiles that you see in here from these disabled people actually getting to interact with the public and execute task successfully is unbelievable. The people who made this place are surely doing the Lord's work.
