I noticed just after putting my new figure together that these black smudges were on the stand. I washed my hands right before opening/ putting it together so unless there was something in the packaging/on the figure itself I’m not really sure what it could be.

What would be the best way to try to clean them off? All ive tried so far is wiping it down with a dry paper towel & a q-tip and neither helped.
