I have a friend who for Christmas wanted to give her daughter a ballerina doll that looked like her (#representation), but was having a near impossible time finding anything she liked. I was honored to take on the project and cried when she showed me her daughters reaction to the gift. I love the joy crochet can bring. Not sure i ever want to attempt that many braids again (about 600ish), though ???? my wrists were sore for WEEKS!
