I pre-ordered the Bandai Namco Skull Knight Another Version Berserk figure and it just came in today. Tried fitting it in its base to stand and realized the horse’s legs are bent probably from heat. There’s also a plate on Skull Knight himself that keeps falling off. I ordered through the Crunchyroll store, will they send me a new one? Can anyone help?
