The Lemonino

Absinthe, to rinse (not pictured)

1-1/4 oz (37.5 ml) gin

1 oz (30 ml) Aperol

1/2 oz (15 ml) Amaro Nonino

1/2 oz (15 ml) lemon

1/4 oz (7.5 ml) grenadine

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with blackberry and owl spear (or aardvark spear if owl is not available)
