This is 'Moksal' (Pork Neck), one of the most popular cuts for K-BBQ along with Samgyeopsal. I took this photo right before putting them on the grill at a local restaurant in Gwacheon (Jungang-dong). The marbling is so good that it stays juicy and tender even after grilling. Can't wait to pair this with some fresh lettuce wraps and ssamjang!
