Additional details from OP: “@Graftonious: I called the police department to let them know she was here. they didn't get there til 15 minutes after she left ????. I called her insurance carrier (which told me they couldn't get ahold of her) and said hey I can get her on the phone with you right now. put my phone on speaker phone and waited outside the office til the interview was over and confirmed her name out loud and said hey, there's a phone call for you. she looked really baffled and confused and they started talking to her ????. she just kept apologizing and making up weird excuses like she didn't realize, she must've been in a hurry, and she's so sorry, blah blah blah. I'll be calling insurance again tomorrow. @Graftonious: No, she did not get the job ????”
