Caught this video going into work around 7:30am.

Group of pedestrians are jaywalking. Kind of strange, never saw this before in this area. They were walking towards a hotel and some were wearing Philadelphia Eagles gear (again, unusual for a Wednesday). I’m guessing maybe out of towners that had to cross the street and didnt want to walk super far to a cross walk.

I saw them and slowed down. Guy next to me maintains speed and nearly hits a straggler.

Obviously, they shouldn’t be jaywalking and should at least hustle- but I thought this car should’ve given more space.
