Lately I’ve noticed so many AI generated sites for aquarium plants. They look great at first glance and seem convincing. But as others may have found out, AI is pretty often wrong when it comes to requirements and water parameters in this hobby.

i thought I’d point it out so other people who might be unaware can try to avoid them.

The biggest tell is the highlighted section with a left sided border that wraps around the radius. Almost every AI generated site uses this.

The thing that caught my eye though was the photo of anubias nana petite. I’ts clearly not petite. And the image is almost 100% AI generated.

Whether anubias.in is built using AI or they just use AI for their content doesn’t matter. It’s the fact they’ve used AI for shitty photos and likely their design leaves them with zero credibility.

If i notice it‘s an AI site im backing the f out. I wish we could report them.
