Loteria tiles from Mexico. They make my heart sing!
Edit with some more details: I made it myself! Bought the tiles from an online shop called Casa Villa Arte,

and the green tile from just a regular tile store. Cut a piece of 1/2” plywood to size (I put it overtop the plain white existing backsplash, didn’t want to get into demolition work…).
