Okay so I drew a picture of what I'm looking for. I am 5'4 (162cm for non-Americans,) and 106lb, when I buy jeans I get like a 24 or 23 in waist. Does anyone know where I can get skirts that fall a bit below the knee? I was hoping to have something like what I drew here because I saw it online once and the lady looked very cute but I can't find the video anymore. Thanks so much!
